Semichem appoint TDK to aqcuire more stores

Semichem, the leading high street discount health and beauty chain, has appointed TDK Commercial Property Consultants to acquire more stores for them in Northern Ireland.
The national chain has been making an impact in the towns and cities of Scotland and Northern Ireland for over 30 years. Established in Scotland in 1977 Semichem quickly became recognised as a market leader in health and beauty discounting especially in branded fragrance. This successful business operates over 140 High Street stores across Scotland, Northern Ireland and Northern England and has a total of 26 stores across Northern Ireland employing over 270 staff.

Having opened over 30 new stores in the past two years, including several in recent months in Northern Ireland we continue to forge ahead with our new store opening programme.
