Poundland

TDK represent Poundland in Ireland and have successfully overseen their rapid expansion acquiring 20 stores in a 12 month period. Poundland still require further sites and will consider High Streets, Shopping Centre’s and Retail Parks.

The requirements are ground floor c.5,000 with 2,000 sq.ft ancillary.


Semi Chem

Semichem is a market leader in health and beauty discounting especially in branded fragrance. This successful business operates over 140 High Street stores across Scotland, Northern Ireland and Northern England and has a total of 26 stores across Northern Ireland employing over 270 staff.

TDK are seeking are further retail units in High Streets and Shopping Centres comprising 1,000 – 1,500 sq.ft with 2/300 sq.ft. of ancillary space.


Asda

Asda currently have 15 stores in Northern Ireland and are the provinces 3rd biggest employer.

TDK assist Asda in their new store acquisition programme and estate management function

Asda continue to seek new store opportunities in good locations in various towns through Northern Ireland


H&M

H&M is one of the Worlds best know fashion retailers operating more than 2,000 stores in 37 countries and TDK have been assisting H&M in their search for more space in Ireland


Halfords

Halfords is Europe's largest retailer of car parts, car accessories, bikes and cycle accessories.

They currently operate over 400 stores nationwide and in Ireland and are actively seeking further opportunities. Tdk advise Halfords on new site acquisitions in Northern Ireland and also assist in reviewing their existing portfolio and identifying new acquisition, disposal and relocation opportunities.


Pets at Home

Pets at Home are Europes largest dedicated Pet retailer and currently trade from in excess of 240 stores and have opened in excess of 60 stores over the past 3 years.

TDK are retained to assist Pets at Home in their expansion within Northern Ireland and their requirement is for Superstores of 3,000 to 12,000 sq/ft on Retail Parks or standalone locations with on site car parking, good prominence and easy access off main arterial roads


Dunelm Mill

Dunelm Mill is the Uks fastest growing specialist out-of-town homewares retailer which provides a comprehensive range of products to a wide customer base, under the brand name Dunelm. They currently trade from 4 stores in Northern Ireland and are keen for more.

Dunelms requirement is for Retail Parks or standalone locations with on site car parking, good prominence and easy access off main arterial roads with a minimum ground floor of 20,000 sq.ft. and the ability to install a mezzanine.


Clinton Cards

Clinton Cards is the largest specialist retailer of greetings cards and related products in the UK with about 650 Clinton branded shops and more than 170 Birthdays branded shops.

Both Clintons and Birthdays are seeking more opportunities in Northern Irelands Shopping Centres, High Streets and Retail Parks to expand their representation.


Xtra-vision

Xtra-vision has a leading position in rental and retail of both Film and Games in Ireland. With 186 stores located throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, Xtra-vision employs 1,400 people across the Island of Ireland.

In the past 5 years, the company has expanded its real estate portfolio to include large retail units that reflect the growing Xtra-vision offerings, this significant expansion is continuing and TDK are appointed to seek new stores and relocation opportunities in Northern Ireland
